Jack's Secret Sauce
Makes approx 2 cups (~14 burgers)
Qty Size Ingredient
1 cup Simply Heinz Ketchup
½ cup French's Classic Yellow Mustard
2 lg Egg Yokes
4 Tbls Dehydrated Onions*
1 tsp White vinegar
¼ tsp A-1 Steak Sauce
tsp Lea & Perrin's Worcestershire Sauce
3 drops Tabasco Sauce

Combine all ingredients in the top of a double boiler and slowly heat over a medium heat stirring constantly.  Stir until sauce thickens to the consistency of mayonnaise.  Be careful to not allow the sauce to boil or the eggs will curdle.


* Re-hydrated in warm water and drained.
