2 tbls Soy Sauce
1 tbls Red Wine Vinegar
1 tbls Fresh Minced Garlic
4 sprigs Rosemary (ground)
1 tsp Ground Rosemary
2 tsp Ground Coriander
1 tsp Ground Cumin
2 tsp Lemon Zest
2 tbls Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice

If marinading, coat and refrigerate for 30 mins for fillets, or 1-2 hours (depending on size/thickness) for steaks.

If you are grilling or broiling you may want to puree the mix to avoid any burning of dried ingredients.
