Seven Spice Dry Rub
Approx. 1½ Cups

Qty Size Ingredient
½ cup Dark Brown Sugar
½ cup Smoked Spanish Paprika
4 tbls Kosher Salt
4 tbls Coleman's Dry Mustard
1 tbls White Sugar
2 tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper
2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Ground Ginger

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and use a small whisk, or a fork, to mix thoroughly.

Store in a cool, dry, dark place in a sealed Mason jar for up to six months.

Use approximately one tablespoon per pound of meat and rub thoroughly into the meat.
