Penguins & Planes

A Mexican newspaper reported that a researcher, filming penguins on the Faukland Islands, noted that the penguins along the beach were fascinated by airplanes.

"Perhaps four or five thousand penguins turn their heads in unison as they watched the helicopter go by, and when they flew back, the birds turn their heads in the opposite direction.  Like spectators at a slow-motion tennis match."

Then, the paper reports, "The researcher asked the pilot to fly out to sea, turn, and fly low over the water and directly over the penguin colony.  Hawaii Five-O style.

As they fly over it, heads go up, up, up, ...then four thousand penguins fell over backwards.
