I have personally tried, and usually tweaked, these recipes to produce a "killer" meal. Bare in mind that the best meals are created with the best ingredients. I use fresh ingredients whenever I can, and the highest (higher) quality dried herbs I can find. The second most important thing, proportions... measure everything and get the portions correct to make entrées you'll love to repeat! |
