Amish Friendship Bread
2 one-pound loaves
|1||cup||Whole Milk (110º)|
|1||pk||Fleischmann's Active Dry Yeast|
|1||cup||Whole Milk (room temp)|
|1||lg||Instant Vanilla Pudding (~5oz)|
|1||tsp||Pure Vanilla Extract (double strength)|
In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar and cinnimon and set aside.
Grease or butter two 5x10 loaf pans. Dust the greased pans with half the cinnamon/sugar mixture.
Pour batter evenly into the pans and sprinkle the top with remaining cinnamon/sugar mixture.
Bake for 1 hour. Cool until bread loosens from sides of pan and turn out.
Searve hot or cold or room temperature.
If a bag isnít passed on to a friend on the 10th day, be certain to tell the recipient which day the bag is at when you give it to them.
