Memphis Dust
Approx. 2 Cups

Qty Size Ingredient
¾ cup White Sugar
¾ cup Dark Brown Sugar
½ cup Hungarian Sweet Paprika
¼ cup Garlic Powder
2 tbls Onion Powder
2 tbls Fresh Ground Black Pepper
2 tbls Ground Ginger
2 tsp Ground Rosemary
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 


Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and use a small whisk, or a fork, to mix thoroughly.

Store in a cool, dry, dark place in a sealed Mason jar or Kraft Parmesan container for up to six months.

Use approximately one tablespoon per pound of meat and rub thoroughly into the meat.
