1-Hour Pizza Crust
Serves 1 (10"-12" Pie)

Qty Size Ingredient
6 oz Bread Flour
4 oz Semolina Flour
3 oz Water (115°)
2 oz Lager Beer
1 tsp Instant Yeast
1 tsp Granulated Sugar
1 tsp White Vinegar
1 tsp Olive Oil *
1 tsp Kosher Salt
 
 
 


Mix (lightly) all ingredients together (except salt) in a mixer, food processor or bowl and let sit for ½ hour to autolese.

Add the salt and knead in thoroughly.  Coat dough ball with EVOO and form into a pie, cover and let rise for another ½ hour.
